I highly recommend Dr. CHARCHUT! She is very professional and excellent at her craft. She listens to her patients, and is friendly and respectful. I recently saw her for a difficult extraction and, without going into details, she did an amazing job. I'm so thankful for that!

Yesterday I went to have a periodontal cleaning. At the start I told the hygienist that the water was cold and that my teeth are sensitive. Her flippant response, “It will warm up as we go along”. That was the first red flag. She acted as if she did not want to even touch my teeth and gave me a cleaning equivalent to a normal dental cleaning. When I attempted to correct her for her mediocre treatment she stated that she has been doing her job for twenty years. Her lack of professionalism angered me. I don’t appreciate any individual that would waste my benefits because of her personal bias. I elected to increase my benefit package because I have to have extensive care done. Not to have these benefits fraudulently wasted by an individual who chooses to allow her biases to override her competency. And the fact that this continues to be an issue for black Americans in a specialty where they have few to no choices in preferred specialists speaks volumes, as we suffer from generational disparities, access, and quality of care. Miriam and Tesha provided me excellent customer service today. Miriam was prepared to start my cleaning, when I asked her an insurance question. She took the time to ask Tesha. These ladies worked together, and saved me money. They also explained to me how my dental insurance works. I highly recommended this office for your dental issues.

Dr. Charchut is extremely caring and patient. I have extreme dental anxiety and her and her staff made sure I was comfortable, explained what was going on throughout my procedure and answered all of my follow up questions. You'll be in great hands with Dr. Charchut!

I had a tooth extracted and the area prepped for a dental implant. Dr. Charcut explained that due to one of the roots, the procedure would be a bit more complicated. She took her time, spending two hours extracting the tooth. She was very skilled and didn’t just “yank” the tooth out, as I had experienced before with anther dentist with a different tooth. She was gentle, and showed care and concern for me throughout the procedure. I then had some complications from the procedure, which weren’t due to anything Dr. C. did. She got me right in for several follow-up appointments, and addressed the issues quickly and professionally. She is a wonderful dentist who is not only courteous and friendly with her clients, but also with her staff. You can tell she runs a great office, and I highly recommend her for anyone who needs a tooth extracted and/or a dental implant.

I saw Dr. Charchut in January 2015 for a dental procedure. The procedure was pain free. She is a skilled, caring, and compassionate dental surgeon and staff. I highly recommend this practice to all who need dental surgery.
